STRAY Key Art

This project highlights my experience creating Key art sketches and concept designs, we selected one direction to refine. During the process, I realized the design wasn’t fully capturing the film’s tone, so I revisited an earlier concept and developed it further. The client immediately connected with the new direction, and it became the final poster for the film, and from there developed the entire marketing campaign.

BE MY BABY Key Art

For this project, I created the key art, billing, and logo for the short film Be My Baby, focusing on themes of mistrust and a fragile relationship. The logo transitions from bold to thin, with a split representing the relationship breaking apart. For the key art, I used stills of all four actors and a 1970s-inspired aesthetic, ultimately choosing a simple three-bar composition to emphasize their expressions and the film’s emotional tension. This project strengthened my ability to combine storytelling with effective marketing design.
